Ribs with Plum Sauce recipe

Ingredients:

6 lbs of pork spare ribs.
1 cup of soy sauce.
1 cup of plum jam.
1 cup of honey.
2 garlic cloves, minced.

Preparation Instructions:

Cut the pork spare ribs into serving-size pieces; place with bone side down on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.

Cover and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 60 minutes or until the ribs are tender, then drain.

Combine the remaining ingredients to make the sauce, then brush some of the sauce over the ribs.

Bake at 350°F (175°C) or grill over medium coals, uncovered, for 30 minutes, brushing occasionally with sauce.
